**Your mission at Sistema.bio:**
Reporting to the Zonal Manager, you will be responsible to identify potential customers in Target Partnerships and leading the team of frontline sales in Sistema.bio commercial team. You will work with Sales leadership to develop comprehensive lead generation strategies to ensure maximum. This position is expected to provide the necessary vision, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills which will enable the organization to achieve its business targets.
**You’ll be in charge of:**
* Responsible for end-to-end ownership which includes Sales, Capturing of Market Insights and effectively implementing key initiatives in assigned geographies in the areas of B2B - Partner Expansion, Partner Management & Sales Operation.
* Plan and ensure achievement of sales objectives (volume/value, product/territory-wise, new/focus product, Customer details & profile) for the assigned set of customers.
* Lead the execution of the overall Go to market strategy of the company across multiple blocks and districts of the assigned territory.
* Carry out monthly and quarterly forecasting of all categories and SKUs to ensure optimum stock level and avoid stock outs.

**Education:** A graduation degree
**Key Experiences & Skills:**
* 2-3 years of proven experience in sales & building partnerships.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Gmail
* Passionate about People management, networking, and mentoring.
* Go-getter - taking initiative and ownership
* Good Sales, communication, and Negotiation skills.
