_This position is a remote/ hybrid role based out of our London, UK office,_ _and will report to the Head of Information Technology who is based in Washington DC, US office._
**The IT Business Analyst will work across internal departments and teams translating business needs into engineering requirements and will be responsible to:**
* Gather, analyse, and interpret business needs.
* Analyse and review technologies in line with business requirements.
* Make recommendations for process improvements or service opportunities.
* Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Analyse and develop business processes.
* Effectively communicate analysis insights to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and action.
* Provide technical support in project conceptualization, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
* Provide technical and end user training to ensure smooth functioning of processes.
**The successful candidate’s prior experience would include:**
* A university degree in IT or similar field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (process modeling, IT technology analysis and implementation, creating engineering requirements, etc.).
* Demonstrated business analyst skillset, with a focus on business change and process transformation.
* In-depth experience identifying and delivering process and service improvements.
* Experience working with teams globally to elicit data and feedback.
* Strong stakeholder management and customer experience skills.
* Good understanding of regulatory environment.

**Travel:** The expected travel is minimal.
